Victoria Starcher is the Administrative Secretary and Financial Officer of Genesis Ministries in Canyon Lake, Texas.

Vicky came to Canyon Lake in 2010 after being directed by the Holy Spirit to come and to leave her home in West Virginia.  Vicky had worked with Pastors’ Dan and Judy at Maranatha Fellowship and knew God was calling her to Texas to help Genesis, but did not know the time.

After the passing of her father in 2011, Vicky started volunteering in the office full time.  She volunteered many hours for many years while trusting God to give her the wisdom and knowledge to fulfill the business needs of the ministry. 

Vicky is widowed and enjoys the company of her daughter, Ashley and her son-in-law, Justin, along with her beautiful grandchildren, Elaquence Grace and Aric Valor as they share her home together.
